We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@aestheticcratee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
